RIDE ON ROLLER
Course Information
Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) Ride on Roller Training Courses are aimed at operatives of ride on rollers. This CPCS course covers both practical and theoretical aspects to operating a ride on roller, with the CPCS technical test at the end.
Course Content Includes:

Pre and post use checks of the machinery

Identify the basic construction, purpose and function of various components

Set the roller for site travel

Show they can competently manoeuvre the roller in confined areas using both forward and reverse directions

Place the roller in an “out of service” condition
-
Recognise and state conditions that may cause the roller to become unstable, plus safety procedures when compacting on an incline

Prepare areas prior to compacting

This price is for test only and does not include training
1 to 1 Training (per day) £200+VAT
This price is for one days on machine training
1 to 1 Training & Test £456+VAT
This price is for one days training with a test on day two, depending on experience.
Weekend Prices
Same as weekday prices with a £56 surcharge for weekend booking fee.
